At Edima, we are constantly developing in order to meet new challenges, while evolving our team and facilities to ensure a competitive advantage.
We provide the raw materials and intermediate products to our clients. Among the services that we provide are the marketing of crude oil and the offtake of products from our refining clients, as well as the marketing of raw materials and intermediate products, support to the clients in their Marketing and Distribution areas by evaluating risks, price optimization, hedging tools, and portfolio management. We apply all of our knowledge, expertise, and experience to continuously search for business opportunities globally.
We focus on both the midstream and downstream sectors, which include trading, transport, storage, processing, and marketing of all oil products globally.

Gasoline & Naphtha

We trade gasoline and naphtha, in addition to gasoline components and other specialized products.
Gasoil & Jet Fuel

Our supply chain of middle distillates comprises of a wide range of products, most importantly, jet fuel, kerosene, diesel, and heating oil. Our operations in these products are global and we use storage capacity and innovative STS logistics for blending in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, thereby optimizing timely deliveries to fulfill customer requirements.

Edima’s trading activities revolve around the Eastern Mediterranean, the Balkans, and Turkey while trading opportunities have further expanded through term supplies in various other geographical regions.
Other refined products and Lubricants
We trade any required oil product, lubricant, and gas in order to meet the needs of our markets of interest.

Edima actively pursues trade in petrochemicals, including urea, methane, and propane.
Crude Oil

Edima operates in oil trading market in the MENA region, targeting North Sea, and North American crudes. Our team trades crude in term and spot contracts with a focus on established marketsin the MENA region, including the WAF, NS, and FE regions. Our barrels are sourced against long and short term supply contracts or on a spot basis and offered to refineries against tenders, supply arrangements, or on direct sales, securing the constant and reliable flow and operations processing and product buyback arrangements.
Bitumen

We have successfully targeted the trading, transportation, and production of bitumen in the Mediterranean and the Balkan regions, positioning ourselves between the demand markets and suppliers in a successful way.

The metals and minerals desk within Edima SA has a long-established expertise in providing a full range of risk management products to participants from all sectors of the base metals market.
Edima SA metals trading desk acts as intermediary in a variety of exchangelisted and over-the-counter commodity derivatives. The metals and minerals desk provides pricing to end-users, traders, producers, smelters, fabricators and financial investors using both standard and more structured derivative instruments by leveraging their extensive physical and financial trading knowledge.

Kerosene, more commonly known as jet fuel, is supplied to main airlines to be used in all turbine-powered aircraft. Jet fuels are derived from crude oil in refineries and are manufactured in line with tightly controlled specifications and undergo specific testing and filtering processes to guarantee a high performance and the absolute absence of particles.
Edima AG, via its processing agreements and refining contracts, can supply a range of jet fuels to commercial airlines, military organisations as well as private aircraft owners.
Notably, in Europe, the main trade of Edima evolves around Jet A-1 which conforms to Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements for Jointly Operated Systems (AFQRJOS) and responds to stringent Defence Standard 91-091 requirements and ASTM D1655 specifications.
Edima is also operating in the US market with supplies of Jet A conforming to ASTM D1655 and we can deliver other specifications such as TS-1 to other markets as well as specific specification requests by the Far East markets.
